Our cleaning fee of 35 dollars is the lowest in the North Georgia Mountains!

Reservation Requirements

• Check in is at 2PM. Check out is at 11AM
• Includes 2 people.
• Maximum in cabin is 2
• Minimum age for rental of cabin is 18
• No children please
• No pets
• Smoking outside only

Deposit & Payment

A minimum of 50% deposit is required on reservations. We accept Master Card and Visa through Pay Pal, personal check, money order or cashier’s check.

Payment for your reservation must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to your stay. Of course sometimes, people book at the last minute, a day or two in advance. So all of the above cannot apply. That is fine as long as the cabin is available. You can pay via PayPal or upon check in.

Cancellations & Changes

You can change your reservation if needed to another time that is within 1 month of the original stay date, with a 2 week notice and there with no loss of deposit. You can do this once.

If you cancel your reservation within two weeks or less of your reservation, no refund of any kind will be given and dates cannot be swapped because this does not allow me enough time to re-book the cabin to make up for the loss.
