Off season rates are 15% less than the
above stated rates. Off Season is November 15th – March

barbecue grill and great back porch overlooking the
woods.
* Check
in is at 2pm. Check out is at 11am.
Includes 2 people. Each add'l $10 per
night. Maximum in cabin is 4. Minimum age for rental of
cabin is 21. No young children, no pets, smoking outside
only. This is a hiker's paradise retreat, not a party
house so have a great time but no crazy bashes please.
Reservation rules and disclaimer: A 25%
deposit is required on reservations. We accept Master
Card and Visa through Pay Pal, personal check, money
order or cashier’s check. You can change
your reservation if needed to another time that is
within 1 month of the original stay date, with a 2 week
notice and there with no loss of deposit. You can do
this once. If you cancel your reservation within two
weeks or less of your reservation, no refund will be
given because this does not allow me enough time to
rebook the cabin. If you cancel all together and provide
more than 2 weeks’ notice, a full deposit refund will be
mailed back to you, less a $25.00 booking fee. Payment
for your reservation must be paid in full at least 2
weeks prior to your stay.
Of course sometimes, people book at the last minute, a
day or two in advance. So all of the above can not
apply. That is fine as long as there is a cabin
available. You will just pay upon check in.
